Our Leaders

We believe leadership should reflect the community it serves. Our staff and governing board are made up of individuals with lived experience in recovery from mental illness, substance use disorder, and co-occurring disorders. Many also identify as members or allies of the LGBTQIA+ community.

Their lived expertise, compassion, and commitment to service guide our mission and strengthen our impact. We are inspired by their leadership and grateful for the work they do to uplift our recovery community.
